I don't see any reason why the other plugins wouldn't work but I've only tried Picture Palette so far. Thanks to this technology, you can animate natural renderings (gouache, watercolor, oil painting, crayon, pen) traditionaly (image by image). Info: TVPaint Animation is a 2D software based on bitmap technology.
